How it works
Your order's journey.
- 1 · Dispatched.Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking number by email. Processing and dispatch typically take a few business days.
- 2 · International transit.Follow the shipment on the international courier portal while it's on its way to the United States.
- 3 · USPS delivery.When the parcel reaches the U.S., final delivery is handled by USPS. Track it with USPS using your tracking or label number. (Outside the U.S., your national postal carrier handles the last leg.)
Note: the international courier number and the USPS number can differ. If USPS doesn't recognize your number yet, the parcel may still be in international transit — check the international tracker first, and allow time for the U.S. handoff to register.
