Terms of Service

All products listed are sold strictly for laboratory and research use only. Nothing offered is a drug, supplement, food, cosmetic, or medical device, and nothing is intended for human or veterinary consumption, clinical, diagnostic, or therapeutic use.

You must be at least 21 years of age, a qualified buyer purchasing for legitimate research purposes, and legally permitted to receive these materials in your jurisdiction. By ordering you confirm all of the above.

Submitting an order, checking the Research Use Only acknowledgement, or otherwise using the site constitutes acceptance of these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, and RUO Acknowledgement. If you do not agree, do not use the site or place an order.

Orders are placed through our secure card checkout. An order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance; we may verify, hold, decline, or cancel any order at our discretion — including for suspected misuse, restricted destinations, payment-verification issues, or stock limitations. Where an order is declined or cancelled before shipment, any charge is refunded.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Payment is processed by our PCI-compliant provider, Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, customs duties, or import fees levied at the destination.

Shipping rates, processing times, tracking, and destination restrictions are described in our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by carrier or customs delays outside our control.

You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws, import/export rules, institutional requirements, and research-use restrictions that apply to you and your destination. You agree to handle, store, and dispose of all materials safely and lawfully, and to confirm that the materials may be lawfully received for RUO purposes at your address.

You may not purchase or use any product for human or veterinary administration, resale as a consumer product, or any clinical, diagnostic, or therapeutic application. You may not misrepresent the intended use of any material or use the site for any unlawful purpose.

All site content — including the Cerberus Research Labs name, logo, copy, product photography, and renders — is owned by or licensed to Cerberus Research Labs and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

The site and all materials are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cerberus Research Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order at issue.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cerberus Research Labs, its owners, and its partners from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the site, your handling or use of any material, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the applicable state of operation, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision, and continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
