Shipping Policy
Everything you need to know about how Cerberus Research Labs processes, packages, and ships your research order — including rates, timelines, tracking, and destination requirements.

01Processing Time
Orders are reviewed and prepared within 1–3 business days of a confirmed, paid order. During high-volume periods or holidays, processing may take slightly longer. You’ll receive an email the moment your order ships.
02Shipping Rates
- Free shipping on all orders over $200.
- $50 flat rate on U.S. orders under $200.
- Use code FREESHIPPINGFRIENDS for free shipping year-round, on any order.
The applicable rate is shown at checkout before you pay.
03Delivery Estimates
Typical delivery is 7–21 business days depending on destination, carrier, and customs. Domestic U.S. orders generally arrive faster; international orders vary with local customs processing. These are estimates, not guarantees.
04Order Tracking
A tracking number is emailed as soon as your order ships. If you create an account, tracking is also available in your order history. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to begin updating after dispatch.
05Discreet, Protected Packaging
Every order ships in discreet, unbranded packaging with protective materials appropriate to the contents. Nothing on the exterior indicates the nature of the items inside.
06Where We Ship
We ship to the United States and 20+ international destinations selectable at checkout. Routing depends on carrier availability and local import rules for research-use-only materials.
07Restricted & Review-Required Destinations
Some destinations are unavailable or require manual review before checkout, including (but not limited to): Afghanistan, Belarus, Bhutan, Cuba, Eritrea, Haiti, Iran, Niue, North Korea, Russia, Seychelles, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, and Yemen. Carriers may suspend service to additional regions without notice.
08Customs, Duties & Import Fees
International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country. These are not included in your order total and are collected by the carrier or local authority.
09Lost, Delayed, or Seized Shipments
If your tracking stalls or a package appears lost, contact us at justin@cerberusresearchlabs.com within 30 days and we’ll open a carrier investigation. Eligible lost-in-transit orders are covered under our Refund Policy. Packages held or seized by customs due to local import rules are the buyer’s responsibility.
10Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We’re not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address; re-shipments may incur an additional shipping charge.
11Buyer Responsibility
By ordering, you confirm that the materials may be lawfully received for research-use-only purposes at your destination and that you meet all eligibility requirements in our Terms and RUO Acknowledgement.
