• Contact details you provide — name, email, phone, and shipping address.
• Order information — items, quantities, and order history.
• Payment information — processed directly by Stripe. We receive a confirmation and the last four digits/brand only; we never store your full card number.
• Usage data — pages viewed, device/browser, and on-site interactions, collected via analytics tools below.

We use your information to process and ship orders, provide customer support, send order confirmations and tracking, respond to inquiries, prevent fraud and misuse, comply with legal obligations, and — only if you opt in — send catalog updates and offers.

We use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand site usage and improve the experience. Clarity may capture anonymized session interactions (clicks, scrolls, heatmaps) to help us identify usability issues. These tools use cookies and similar technologies; you can control cookies through your browser settings.

All payments are handled by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified processor, over an encrypted connection. Card data is transmitted directly to Stripe and is never stored on our servers.

If you join our catalog list, we send research updates and occasional offers. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time by emailing justin@cerberusresearchlabs.com.

We do not sell your personal information. We share only what is necessary with trusted service providers who help us operate: Stripe (payments), Netlify (hosting/forms), shipping carriers (fulfillment), and Google/Microsoft (analytics). We may also disclose information if required by law.

We retain order and contact information for as long as needed to fulfill orders, provide support, and meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may opt out of marketing at any time. To make a request, email justin@cerberusresearchlabs.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.

The site and its products are intended only for individuals 21 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

We use industry-standard safeguards including TLS/SSL encryption and reputable processors. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information and limit access to it.

Our site is operated from the United States. If you access it from elsewhere, your information may be transferred to and processed in the U.S. and other countries where our providers operate.
