Refund & Returns Policy
We stand behind every order. Because we ship sensitive research-use-only materials, our policy balances product integrity with making things right when something goes wrong.

01The Nature of RUO Materials
Research materials are sealed, often temperature-sensitive, and cannot be verified for integrity once they leave our control. For safety and quality reasons, opened or shipped items are generally not returnable. The protections below cover the situations where we will replace or refund.
02Damaged or Defective on Arrival
If your order arrives damaged, broken, or defective, email justin@cerberusresearchlabs.com within 72 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and contents. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund.
03Wrong Item Shipped
If you received the wrong product or strength, contact us within 7 days with your order number and a photo. We’ll correct the order at no cost to you.
04Non-Delivery / Lost in Transit
If tracking confirms your order did not arrive, contact us within 30 days. We’ll open a carrier investigation and, for eligible lost-in-transit orders, issue a reshipment or refund.
05Order Cancellations
Need to cancel? If your order has not yet shipped, email us as soon as possible for a full refund. Once an order has shipped it can no longer be cancelled.
06Refused or Customs-Returned Orders
Orders refused at delivery or returned by customs due to local import rules are handled case-by-case. Where the package is returned to us intact, a refund may be issued less original shipping and any carrier fees.
07Refund Method & Timing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to post, depending on your bank or card issuer.
08Situations Not Eligible
Refunds are not available where the buyer ordered the wrong item, provided an incorrect address, refused a valid delivery, or shipped to a prohibited destination against our Shipping Policy. Customs duties and import fees are non-refundable.
09How to Request a Refund
Email justin@cerberusresearchlabs.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos where applicable. We respond to every request and aim to resolve it quickly and fairly.
